Purposely we have developed a small number of client partnerships (45 in total) across 20 countries. Our approach facilitates the provision of client exclusivity and allows us to provide ' off limits' and the level of consultation, knowledge share and confidentiality a relationship requires. Crucially it also provides the broad candidate market to attract from. As a result we are able to shortlist top talent with over 90% of assignments completing.
Partnership and Knowledge Share
Many relationships are over 10 years old and with most we provide a lot more than just placing candidates. With prior industry experience and through our consulting and engaging style we provide clients with an unbiased and external opinion on challenges such as entry into a new European market. We have assisted many boardrooms with discussions and advice on strategic topics such as expanding and opening retail stores in new markets developing or evolving multi channel business models Talent mapping and developing an external bench of candidates.

Our values facilitate an inherent flexibility to blend a search solution to client requirements. We belief in a 'not one fits all approach' and this is extended also to our fee structure. Fees are directly related to the type, level of challenge and time.
